This could be solved if paypal werent assholes and accepted scans of recipts as evidence. I've been burned a few times but unfortunately international shipping has no way of tracking the package (or so my local post office says...)
I hate to do it, but it looks like im gonna have to do that anymore. Im sick of getting burned! Just hope that its not as expensive as EMS..
I used to have a job as the manager of the parts department at a large packaging plant (long story). I used to ship in literally thousands of packages a year using international shipping. From my records, fedex lost over $20,000 in merchandise. UPS only lost just under $2,500. I didn't trust EMS to ship anything and DHL's tracking system sucks, so i never used them. UPS got my vote every. It's pretty easy to see why.
Eh, Every UPS package i get , gets owned in the mail somehow. It never fails. I usually stick with USPS.
Well, I guess this problem ended on a positive note. He finally saw the light and canceled the claim. He didn't tell me why since I got no contact from him still but I'm assuming it's because he finally got the damn thing.
