I am adding these pictures here as I wanted to resize the front page -ASSEMbler The Hu7d unit connects via custom interface to a PC98 computer. Accessing the PC engine via a bus , it consists of four boards. The PCE with the bus device, a RAM board that is good for 8mbit, and a ROM board for up to 64 Mbit, and an ICE module. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ END EDIT Hi, Someone have a Hu7 or Hu7D or Hu7CD here ? Thank you
Hello, To my knowledge, nobody has one here, maybe Assembler or Hi_ricky. Maybe worth to ask them. Are you looking to develop for the PC Engine? If yes, I suggest you look for Huc at this page www.zeograd.com, it's a free PC Engine SDK. Cheers Sabre
My main computer is still down, I don't really have any of my photoshop stuff running, but here is a pic I just snapped. I have three different unit, sadly no PC98 interface cards.
This things was on ebay a while ago wasn't it? That PC98 interface is going to be a bastard to find :banghead:. Great piece of hardware anyway did you get any software for it? I guess it would be on 5 1/4" floppies? Oh did I mention I am ultra jealous??? Don't tell me you have a PC-FX dev kit (not PC-FXGA) too  Sabre
No PCFX but SGX yes. Unreleased hu games, no not going into detail, but unreleased. I suppose some more torture is in order.
I remember seeing the last one you picked up on eBay. Truly an interesting piece of hardware...and it's extra interesting that you have three. SuperGrafx? Unreleased? Legendary? Gonna prove to us that Strider does exist, eh?
Either the Hu7 is a lot smaller than i thought, or you have a really freaking big pc in the background... I was hoping pictures would show up sooner or later. Me wonders if you have any of the programming documents as well?
It's about time you post pics of that thing. YOu had it for quite some time. What versions are those PCB boards? Are they both the same model, revision, etc? Also, is it made out of wood, the rack mount? THe whole thing looks like a home-made rackmount case lol. I doubt the company you got it from had any info on Strider. I thought it was also proven that strider never existed on the PCEngine by NFG. Am I right or wrong?
Teehee, that would be great too. Poor Assembler, you just opened yourself up to a whole pile o' questions.
Is it a SGX unreleased ? Forgotten Worlds ? Dragonbreed ? Or a Hu-CARD unreleased ? Dino Force ? Marble Madness ? Please...
AHHH You like that torturing me, what ever you got, I want it!!! SGX unreleased is some serious stuff. I guess I'd be surprised to see which game it is? Is it a CAPCOM port of some sort or I don't even get a hint? Talking about rare stuff do you know that I happen to have one of the only 3D game on the PC-FX and that does run on a stock PC-FX but I can't see anything on the screen because I don't the 3D adapter (sad story check my blog). So yeah I'm ever more jealous (if that's possible) but you really are a serious collector with some serious connections (not that we don't know that already) to get some unreleased SGX Stuffs.    Sabre
I could've sworn the unit was close in size like in this horrible attempt to Photoshop a pic, yet I tried :
Wow, thats a freakin awesome find... I really wish I had the connections you do. I also really wish I hadn't sold off all my Turbografx and PC Engine stuff a couple years back when I was having some money problems.
Just think about the size of a PC Engine, and it's pretty easy to get an idea of about how big it is...I mean a PCE is about the size of 4 CD cases stacked on top of one another. <3 PC Engine and its tinyness <3
