PC Engine Duo RGB mod help

Ahhh! That makes sense.

I didn't even realize the console was modded when I bought it, so when I opened it up to do the RGB mod, I figured that's what the breadboard was for (because it's wired to the Hu-Card pins), but didn't know how PC Engine region protection worked until just now.

I re-did the region mod as well with GameTech-Us's chip. Looks so much nicer now. Thanks again for all the help and advice!
