    If it is for gaming, it'd have to be a Razr or a high-end logitech. Otherwise, go Microsoft and just choose model on personal preference. Standard optical mice are fine for standard applications.

    Wireless = crappy, especially for gaming.

    in a personal benchmark, playing quake3 on the PC using both mice, the wired LX400 and the Wireless Intellipoint 2.0, the LX400 blows it out of the water. Wired is the way to go.

    Acutally it was useless for me since the middle click sucks bigtime.

    Razer Copperhead is my current pointing device. A truly great one at that too. It's also ambidextrous, so if you're a lefty, this is your mouse.
