I bought another saturn at a garage sale, guy selling it said that he tried cleaning the laser assembly and broke the ends of the ribbon cable that connects the laser assembly to the motherboard. My question is, where can I buy some 21 pin ribbon cable that will work with that? Thanks in advance!

I have some as well. You can purchase new ones from Digi-Key if you have the correct measurements (I've done this with 20 pin ribbons).

Looks like it should. Keep in mind that 64pin Saturns have a twist in the ribbon and you'll want to buy a longer ribbon. IIRC Digi-Key sells 3" and 6" versions of them.

I have a spare I can send you free. Message me your info. Note, it came from a broken Saturn so no warranty implied! Looks fine tho.

Sorry for late reply guys, been away with work. I appreciate all the info, I was able to get one locally at a game shop who had some spare saturn parts.
