Playing console games on CRT while recording gameplay on PC recommendation

Finding and reading the manual of my Sony Trinitron model KV-21CL10K I find these info:

Seeing this can I record directly from my TV? I don't understand very good the part with the output... I always connect my consoles on SCART 1/ through RGB.

 

I also have a Sony CRT with 2 SCART ports, but the output on AV2 is shit . I first thinking to use it, but i say before i tryed many different things,
