Heres a tip. Stop fucking with partnernet last time I warned you guys M$ was taking action and no one believed me then half your kits get bricked and banned, and you... try again using leaked recoveries which is exactly how the other half of you who survived the PN bricks got THOSE kits bricked. If it wasn't for so many of you being high profile this would have never happened. Xenon.7 and I first showed up and had a rule of thumb draw no attention to ourselves. Worked pretty damn good till 12 year olds started buying kits to mod halo and recoveries started hitting the google engine like shit on flies not to mention the leaks from partnernet. What was once an ignored co-existence is now a manhunt for unlicensed kits. Partnernet stopped being safe a LONG time which is exactly why I wrote a whole section about how to keep your kit safe from bricking and OFF Partnernet but if you guys are just going to ignore history then its bound to repeat itself. Yes your all banned, yes Microsoft knows about the recovery, and yes xenon.7 is 100% truthful and correct in everything he says infact you guys are lucky your machines did not get bricked since we know Microsoft has the ability.

    1. Stay off PN
    2. Be cautious when using ANYTHING leaked on the internet
    3. For god sakes people use your brain instead of being lemmings

    I couldn't agree more.

People who aren't official licensees should just stay off partnernet, period. (Not like there is anything of interest there anymore in the first place since stupid lamers started leaking content out of it....)

I remember back in the day getting banned on PN was unheard of.

Perfect example to show that they're not stupid and actually keep up with all of this.

I like how they smash se7ensins LOL

Microsoft is quite aware of their hardware and software being stolen, sold, hacked, and leaked. When se7ensins and public websites started talking about devkits and leaking like the "douchebags" they are (to quote PAX prime) they ruined it for you me and everyone else stay off Pnet don't want to see another Pnet bricking thread or another Pnet banning thread because that is obvious and someone should post a sticky even banning talk of Pnet because anyone with a mind knows the risks and because of these very notions there was requests for refunds on Pnet banned kits which is ridiculous. A devkit is a tool for modifying and developing content nothing more. Stay off Pnet just like you would a JTAG off live. They know who you are and everyone else who has ever participated in these forums, or used leaked PUBLIC recoveries. The discussion of ban waves need to stop because its expected, thats why you never see Jtags running around asking "WhY 4M 1 B4NZ3D?!?" They know what to expect and discussing it further is simply put pointless. On that note if you truly knew what you were doing, you would avoid bans.

If any of you is a licensed developer *I doubt it* then you should not worry about the bans/bricks. If you are like most of us *unlicensed* , then you should not use pnet at all even if you are *allegedly* not leaking stuff... in my case I use pnet all the time, knowing that my actions will affect me and will not cause troubles to any licensed developer...

    Work to a studio.

You actually can have a personal Devkit. But for a licences you have to prove your with a game studio or a review magazine.

    Correct!

Microsoft only lend Dev Kits to the studios etc. and only to Persons with a official license (NDA). No one from Microsoft selling Xbox 360 Development Consoles.
