Wow, I know that, he said he had 3 kits bricked, now he has 3 kits banned, so the ones that are banned he should be able to post a pic from those. Hawk
There are like 5 people in this thread that said they got banned. My jasper even got banned. You can call it fake all you want but no one needs to prove anything to you. There is no point in taking a video since all it says is "You have been banned from xbox live due to violations of the ToS".
If I were you guys, I would want to clean my NAND from any signs that the unit is banned from PNET (maybe restore it from a backup ?) because a future updater could read the information on secdata and either refuse to update or purposely brick the kit (by blowing a fuse).

I wasn't meaning it in any sort of hostile stance. I was seriously wondering why it mattered if Sonic posted pics or not - I mean if the guy says his kits are banned... they're banned... Other people said they had banned kits as well.
Probably for a particular reason. I agree with oliveira that it's probably in part due to legit developers with second hand (or not?) kits getting hit. I really don't see a reason for MS having anything against a developer having a second hand kit. (Unless they sell it to an unlicensed individual). But who knows.
