I am not sure what you're seeing. I don't see any form of sensor on the side. I just see on the front 2 ir cams, 1 video cam & 1 mic port (the pin size hole).

My thoughts exactly. I'm just interested on how this will play out. Half Life 3 or Half Life 2 ep 3. It will be interesting if valve plan on finishing the series with this one or end up releasing Half Life 3 in the next 4-5 years

Its been making the rounds on the internet all day. But apparently its from the manufacture whos printing the booklets off I believe? Its just a rumor for now but it seems 99% that its Half Life thats gonna be at E3.

I can't remember the exact site now but I saw it on the steam forum and on a number of other game related websites.

 

You know now I'm beginning to doubt, with the Gman watermark and the fact that it came from the nexus of halflife fandom.

I just hope it IS real...

 

Don't think it originated from steam to begin with but as I said take it as a rumor for now. Only time will tell. I hope its true as well.

 

Note that it seems the same-sized "sensors" on the front are the two on the outside.
