Played it for an hour last night. It's a remake  The whole game has this grainy effect over it (as if the TV isn't tuned in) which looked odd at first but I soon became accustom to it and in fact it really adds to the atmosphere. Two view modes as well. The original Fist Person view and a new Third Person view which is the default.

Where did you get the gamechips from? as i purchased one of these for my son for christmas, but have been unable to get any of the games since then

Some of the games are not too bad on it, most are cheap java / flash based, but there are a couple of decent ones as well, mostly based on kids cartoons etc.

Yeah if you dont mind that would be great, they did have some in the post christmas sale in Argos, but every store i tried they were out out stock unforutnatly,

The good thing is with them is with each chip you get the main game, plus can also download a further 2 or 3 titles for free from the game launcher, so maybe worth you picking a couple extra up for yourself as well

    - Motor Toon Grand Prix - SEALED!!!

Earlier this year, i managed to find PS1 Descent (longbox case) that was sealed for almost 12 years! And now i get PS1 Motor Toon Grand Prix, released in Oct / 1996 and Sealed till today.

I have been looking for this game for quite some time, and would never imagine i would find it brand new. It was the fist Polyphony Digital game ever to be released in US. This is actually Motor Toon GP 2, as the first one was a JP and PAL release only.

Yeah, the series is great. I should have bought it a long time ago.

Yes. It's a fantastic movie! It has won the Berlin Festival Golden Bear!

I was going to ask if you guys would want to buy the DVD, but believe it or not, it doesn't have the option of English subtitles. I hope it gets released worldwide, like City of God, since Universal has the rights of distribution.

Years ago I struggled through the film "Chronos" before it came out with English subtitles. I kind of 'got' everything that was going on, but must admit a faster paced movie (especially an action packed one) would probably lose me a bit, but I'd still have an idea of what was happening. Will look out for it as I like 'World' films.

Yes, the Aquos is one of if not the best HD TV money can buy. I'd have one myself if I could afford it.

Got a nice sealed Legit copy of the Red Star from the creator booth at Wizard world L.A. on Sunday. It's nice to have the real thing, as opposed to a download. Really wasn't much else game related there, except for a big Rock Band contest (with a line that went around the room)

It does have a very pristine picture. Hell even the small speakers on it give out great sound thats louder than any of my old sony tvs. Funny you should say that I got it cause costco had it had it on sale for $749.99 U.S. but also had a $100 off coupon for it. So after tax only $717 U.S.

Lucky you! Nice price but then again stuff in the US does seem to be cheaper tese days. A big Aquas in Japan will cost you over 1000 USD easily.
