A friend of mine went to Japan and got me a minty Twinkle Star Sprites: la Petite Princesse for PS2 and one of those UFO-catcher keychains that makes the Mario "1up" sound, for my birthday :D

Few nice games this week. Most noticeably is NiGHTS deluxe pack for the Wii. Comes with 3 reflective binders, spinning key chain and a Nights figure. Also managed to finally get Ghost Chaser on the SFC. Been after a mint copy of this for a while now. For Saturn there's Ryoko's Oshaberi Room, WWF Wrestlemania the Arcade, K1 Legends and Mortal Kombat II.

The main game part of NiGHTs is great with plenty of control options to make it feel just like the original however there are far too many stupid training crap sections for the idiots of this world and sub missions. Still, early days since I've only had 1 hour on it. Bestthing is that the voices are all British English but eventhat is bad because NiGHTS shouldn't speak at all.

Ghost Chaser is a 2D scrolling beat'em up with some pretty nice combos and specials. The ROM onthe net of it is curropted.

Congratulations !! You'll sure be busy with two. I've only got one and even that makes gaming impossible until late at night when he's fast asleep.

Is there a better way to secure it than elastic bands? Would like to get something similar. ;-)

It comes with special bands to make sure the wheel can't move sidewyas but when taking the picture i was still waiting for them to arrive as the seller forgot to include them in the box

SilverBolt, that wheel set up looks great! Does it offer the arcade experience? Up until now not one single home wheel can match the arcade.

Well after playing every single game i could think of i can honestly say the wheel is superb. The force feedback on it is quite powerfull (it can jerk the wheel almost right out of your hands when you crash or get a case of opposite wheellock) and rather intelligent as well as it really responds like you'd expect it to . As for the setup holding the wheel, it's rock solid and adjustable in hight and depth so it can suit any person. It's not arcade perfect but it is the closest i've come to it and for a reasonable price.

Nice. Now if Wangan Midnightrun Maximum Tune 3 came out on the 360 I'd have to get me one of them wheels. Oh, and a 360  Some how I just can't see a Wii version coming out even though the machine could easily handle it :crying:.
