Cool Real Ghostbusters toys. Shame Egon looks like an evil bastard. My son loves the real ghostbusters. I wonder if Toy's R Us Japan will get any?

There has been much Sega at today's flea market:

First of all, the main dish, so to speak: a Game Gear, complete with the now-useless TV Tuner (boxed), Battery Pack (with box, but no manual, no PSU), Wide Gear magnifier (no manual, box in awful shape, one side of clamp broken), carrying case and a pirate multicart (the one without a label) containing several GG, SMS, Mark III games - complete with "SEGA MARK III" logo on on startup -, and even some Korean Zemina stuff like Super Boy 2 and Dr. Hello. That lot was 20 € - I think that's been a bargain, but I don't know much about the worth of GG stuff, so I'm not sure...?

Separate from the GG lot were loose copies of The GG Shinobi and Fantasy Zone, together for 5 €, as well as two Dreamcast Vibration Packs, also for 5 €. I think. Well, something around 5 € for each... And finally, not Sega-related, there were Donkey Kong Country and DKC 2 for SNES, together for 8 €.

You remember seeing a 32X in public when you were 4 or younger? :p

I've seen a good few Mega CDs over the last few years (I think 90% of them were Mega-CD IIs, though), however don't think I've seen a 32X on sale since they were actually on sale.

So I bought a broken Saturn for 15€ (shipping included), which froze up whenever a game was loaded. Figured the laser is still intact, and could be used on my modded machines which have the laser broken.

Turns out the amount of dust in the thing caused a short somewhere. Wiped it off from the motherboard and now it's working as new.

Now I can't decide if I should leave it as-is, or move the laser pickup into my modded console that has full region + 60hz switch and rgb scart out. I still need to fix the video output since the solder broke off.

My first order from the Segagaga Domain Store arrived :)

Everything, but especially the discs are in really nice condition, a far cry from some supposedly mint or near-mint games I've seen before. My photo doesn't really do them justice. Thanks, Yakumo!

You're most welcome. The store is starting to pick up now as well so I can start to get better and more sort after games in stock. Currently there's over 300 titles in stock now.

Yakumo, any time scale yet on the stocking of DC games or is that still a way off in the future?

Same question here, it would be good to have a decent alternative to the deputy services for Dreamcast games & know where the money goes :)
