Just recently got some money for new games , many more coming in the mail and some systems. But locally I got these.

You may or not have noticed that I haven't posted a buys item in months. Why?, well I've been flat broke but now with the shop back on it's feet I've got a bit of cash to spend. Today my Nyko Zoom arrived for the 360. Basically it expands the view by 40% meaning you can play with your Kinect with only being a meter away from it and that's for me who is 180cm tall. My son can play right on top of the thing.







It works really well on the games I tried it with. The only down side is that it gives your photos and video chat a bit of a fish eye look. Still, a small price to play for being able to use the Kinect in a small room.

 

Cool! Glad to hear it works. I might have to look into one. I too don't have a ton of room to jump and flail my arms around. lol

Yesterday I bought Dead Space 2 LE for PS3 in Asda - then gifted it to my cousin. I saw him playing Dead Space on his Xperia Play and he was dropping me off at Manchester Piccadilly so I figured it was the least I could do.

 

yep. The only reason why I allowed my wife to buy it. She bought it to play the Michael Jackson Experience and some shitty exercise crap. I have to admit to liking the Michael Jackson game though.

Yesterday Amazon sent me a mail telling me that they have some more limited edition Forza packs for pre-order. I've now got one on the way to me when it gets released in October. I can't wait.

Oh, when I say using the Kinect for Forza, I'm only using it for the "looking" option. not for driving the actual car. I hate all of that floating control crap.

I pre-ordered my copy as well (newegg had $15 off for pre-order) was almost going to get limited edition but decided to pass. Though it is nice top gear has some more involvement in this one. I loved part 3 so hopefully part 4 tops it.

 

:drool: thats one nice find for a PAL country! always wanted a ntsc snes, i remember they had one in the gameshop i always went as a kid. To this day it`s a item on my want list.

 

Oh no, these things are rare in Australia. I only saw one in a store I worked in for a short period of time. I imported this gem from Hong Kong, was great for the price, I had to snatch it. :nod:

 

The last of my parcels for the time been, mostly club nintendo stuff & some random japanese things.

The naff badges from aprils platinum gift, i swear they better do something amazing this winter to make up for a crap badge set lol. Animal crossing letter set & karuta cards & a NSMB strap set, not that i use straps but they look nice & they are free.


These are far more cool, McDonalds in Japan has some very cool happy meal toys. These work in conjunction with the 3rd taiko game on DS, each one plays a sound which when held up to the mic on the ds will unlock a costume & the papa mama mac secret song in the game. The poster thing has the song lyrics & a board game on the other side. And what does the UK get, oooh shitty smurfs tat lolol.


And some DIY sweets, just add water to make all sorts of enumber/chemical filled sugary treats.
