Honestly, I'd be happy to be given any console, why are you whining about something that was given to you? Why are you always crying about "elitists," it has to be more annoying than the way you format all of your posts. People aren't "elitist" just because you tend to rub people the wrong way after you insult them (most of the time) because you always seem to misinterpret what they're saying or they're just calling you out on your attitude. Also, how does having a limited edition of a console make you an elitist..?

Got another VMU today, and got another GameCube on its way. Another Spice model, but region switched and has a XenoGC installed. Wish I could manage to do those small solder joints myself, but oh well

Got a good eBay deal last week, found an auction under something like 'broken E74 xbox 360'. The seller I believe, didn't know what he had. It came with the original box, 60GB HDD and most importantly, a 2005 Launch Team faceplate. At a total cost of £16.49

 

Notice that there was an accessory connected to the Gamecube console that the seller didn't mention in the Ebay description.

Went to Hard-Off for the first time today, they certainly have a lot of (cheap!) treasures! Here's what I found:

Kino's Journey game - ¥540
Super Scope setup - ¥108 (Another bargain!)
Arcana Hearts - ¥216
Lucky Star game - ¥324
Slayers game - ¥108
Panzer Dragoon - ¥540 (Is this game rare in Japan too?)

 

Those are some nice finds, and some definitely good prices there man. Panzer Dragoon anything is not that rare in JPN unlike the US/PAL regions. What is more rare are the arcade ports of games. For example, Street Fighter Zero 3, Astra Super Stars and things of that nature. There are also hard to get platformers out there as well such as Super Tempo(sequel to Tempo from the 32X), and/or Try Rush Deppy. Then you have to consider if you are really into the saturn, or really any JPN CD based gaming machine then you have to go and get the obi/spine cards in order for it to be more complete. People like myself do not consider it complete in our eyes without the spine card =P. There are alot of different variables. For the jpn saturn side of things.

1st ASCII pad w/out box I paid 27 USD

You'd now be mind blown at just how expensive everything over here is...

 

My game store sells old games, systems and new ones even. So I got a lot of great deals on Sega consoles and games from them. I own a genesis with Sonic 1, 2, 3, knux, 3d blast, game gear with, sonic 1, sonic 2, sonic chaos, tails adventure, saturn with Sonic R, and a Dreamcast with SA2 ( which won't work anymore), and Sonic Shuffle. I also got Sonic advance and pinball party combo pack, Sonic Rush, Sonic Heroes, all 3 Sonic collection games, ans today I got Sonic Adventure 2 Battle on Gamecube for $21! Since the game is pretty rare, I'd say that is a great deal! If you don't believe me, check how much they go up by in online stores like Amazon!

 

If you search for completed or sold auctions on ebay there around 15 to 21 bucks for Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.

 

It finally arrived on Sunday. Funny how the front is just like the western release with no Japanese on it at all. Normally there would be a bit of katakana under the title at least.

 

Old Xbox with 2 controllers + headset for 16 quid.
Hoping to find some DLC/TU's on it!
