Some Mega Drive love this week. Nothing too amazing apart from Mega Panel. I love this game.

Yeah, ironically the Genesis started the template thing, though EA made their covers so much worse

Anyway I picked up Ultimate Doom, Quake 2, Area 51, and Tomb Raider for PC at a buck apiece, and Harvest Moon DS for $5, not a bad haul.

 

Neat! Tomb Raider, I'd suggest a nice model who cosplayed as Lara but I probably shouldn't...

Those are some nice mega drive games. Since I am now almost at the end of my saturn collecting I am deciding whether to begin doing megadrive, ps1 JP, or super famicom for my next collection

How close are you to begin done with your mega drive collection since I remember your megadrive stuff was quite stunning

 

I've still got quite a few expensive MD games that I want to buy but I'd say I have about 85% of the stuff I want. My Saturn collection is finished so now I'm concentrating mostly on the MD and SFC.

For your next collection the PSX is easy to collect for but I find it boring. SFC and MD are much more fun.

Paid 4000 yen for this + a jap fat PS2 + official boxed HDD + 10 promos discs + 3 games, I think it's the best deal of my life:

 

Gran Turismo 2000... I still remember losing one just like this, on a big package of GT Items. The damn mail company said there wasn't anyone at home to receive the package (lie) and when they tried to deliver the next day, their van was robbed.

Even with the insurance, wasn't able to get / find another one.

 

Purchased all of this for $50 through a Craigslist posting...

Also Joanie Brosas does a great Lara Croft. Besides her bust size, she's fits Laura's body type very well. Pretty girl.

 

Won an eBay auction on an untested Sega CD Model 1 for $62 back in January. After replacing the fuse and the belt, it works great! The "READY" light was dead for a couple months but it finally started working a couple weeks ago. The internal battery needs replacing. I will be doing that soon.

 

Many say that, but it does match her body type. Unless she puts on weight it wouldn't happen.

Yes, one of the smaller ones, but weighs a good 4 lbs as its solid aluminum thats drilled out in the middle for the bulb, takes 3 LR44 batteries. I also received the E3 2008 NXE Launch faceplate with it.

Some stuff I've gotten recently

Long box Nights into Dreams for around 20 bucks. Didn't have the plastic case, but it had everything else. Robotica had no issues with giving up it's mint case and styrofoam =P



I somehow got a copy of Hyper Fighting for the Virtual Boy.



Also picked up this Japanese display model Virtual Boy. Apparently it's really hard to find complete with that advertisement clip.
