Picked up a clear edition Game Boy Color in rather nice condition from Hard-Off's junk section for only ¥100. At that price, how could you not get it?

It wouldn't even turn on, but after cleaning the battery contacts, re-flowing the solder on the battery contacts and blowing the crap out of the volume wheel and power switch with compressed air to stop the audio from crackling and the power from flickering, it all works as good a new! Also discovered that Novus no. 1 polish makes the plastic look clearer and sharper, so I gave it a polish with this.

Haha thanks, she's cute. The figure is so nice, probably one of my favourites already.

A friend of mine cosplayed Tharja, and so I blame her for me getting the figure :p

Picked up this excellent Bluetooth / USB game pad. The build quality is fantastic as are the buttons. A great little pad that even allows you to map touch screen games to it via an app!

The gold part is actually metal, not a cheap sticker.

Nice. I have the Cooler Master Storm Trigger (CherryRed). Love it so much. Favourite keyboard by far.

It's a nice keyboard, only complaint is the software. The software can stop communicating with the keyboard resulting in stuck lights and lack of response to certain keys. For example Caps Lock status light will not function.

Involves me switching the BIOS bank. Apparently it's a known problem which hasn't been addressed for a while. Apart from the cosmetics, it's a fantastic keyboard so far.

How long have you had your keyboard for?

Since October last year. I actually don't use the software for this keyboard (light controls are done through a special key you hold and use F1 to F4). The macro keys don't really have a use for me, so I don't need the software for that either.

That's this keyboard's negative, the software is required to control the colour and animation of the lights. So far, today it's been pretty stable even with running something with high memory usage like Maya.

I'll probably never want to go back to a membrane keyboard again. I love the feedback you get from switches, it's just a bit loud but that's part of the fun :)

This is exactly my thoughts on mechanical keyboards. Having that loud "clunk" when you type is satisfying and the responsiveness of the keys feels good too. Love it.

Got some stuff in the mail. Couple of PS4 games, great deal on those. These are my first ever Sony of Brazil games and i only got them because they use the same standard case used worldwide (for PS3 they use a crap flimsy Blu-ray case) and the disc print quality is the good as well. Still, it pisses me off they can't even choose a standard size for the rating system number and the "only for" text.

Anyway, also managed to get the uncommon 3D disc that came with some Sony 3DTVs during 2011. Good price as well and it's factory sealed. Curiously there's no serial code on the spine, back of the case or even on the disc. Also, the name on the front and on the spine are completely different.

Picked up a copy of Type Zero HD with an unused demo code for $15 from a dude with some serious buyers remorse.

I picked up a PS4 from Gamestop today for ~$240.00 thanks to a $10 PS3 I purchased from a flea market this morning that I traded in for a $175 credit!
