Nothing crazy, but I found my SNES in the trash a few houses down.

Works like a champ to this day, now 5 years later.

Lol'd. The playstation I had before I sold it was found in a dumpster, ran like a dream but was all scratched on the outer casing from rocks and stuff.

Recently nothing interesting really, just a $20 XBOX 360 that had a "drive problem". Only problem was a sticker stuck inside the drive so it wouldn't eject. Works 100%!

Best thing I ever got was probably an Amiga CD32 at a swapmeet for $5. Or 3 C64s (2 working), a VIC20, 2 disk & tape drives, printer & a bunch of games for around $100.

I recently got a US rev0 Dreamcast with a Sega branded clear top half (they only made 1000 of these per color in Japan, made by Sega). No the third party junk you see all the time. The system is VERY rare, and runs extremely quietly because of the better GD-Rom and cooling parts. $5!

I also got a rev0 JP Dreamcast. It has no modem. The shell is just there to make the system complete looking, but there is no modem jack. $15

Purchased a PSone (little white system) with the Sony screen, controller and power cord. The thing looks a day old. Literally. not a single scratch. No oils in the grooves on the controller, rubber on the joysticks looks brand new, etc. $15

And last but not least, today I just obtained an import Sega Dreamcast joystick (the one with bright green buttons and a joystick) for fighting games. These typically go for about 70-100 shipped. I got mine for 38 dollars.

    Great month, honestly.

Nice, what are the specs on that thing?

Always nice to get something cheap with a problem but find out it was a simple fix. Got an ipod nano 3rd gen which was listed as non-working for like £12 and it happened to need a simple reset and it worked just fine for a month or so till i sold it on to help pay to fix my PC
