Iirc, I got it from MSs site.

 

I like using this as opposed to Litestep, since it does all sorts of wierd things with my battery meter (using my laptop). I miss the clean, iconless background that I had, though .

Edit: I just saw your post above mine. I'm enjoying this theme, since it's a bit different from the standard Vista lookalike, but thanks anyway.

 

This is speculation, but it sounds like some sort of modding utility.

 

FTP utility? Or it's one of those action replay style thingys like regular Xbox has.

I know a guy who mods and I have seen his PC.

He's got 50 programs all designed to edit values in Halo 2 and edit objects and etc.

i never use buttons myself, isntead I type in the adress bar any program I want, like the good ole' DOS days

 

I use Launchy. I've become a bit spoiled after using this thing.
