    hmmm, i just seem to recall our mac's at work usually gave a thumbnail of a pdf instead of the generic pdf logo....but that could be my mind playing tricks with me.

    You can set it to either I think, depends on the default program sometimes too

    Well, since the Ubuntu CD I requested arrived to my house last month I decided to make a dual-boot and finally give my old 20GB HDD a good use...

    What's the dock that you use?....I see lots of people use them on Ubuntu, would probably work really nicely on an EeePC (opposed to that dual task menu in gnome)

    It's called Awn (Avant Window Navigator), it's easy to find and install using the Synaptic Package Manager. Otherwise you can find it in https://launchpad.net/awn/

    BTW graciano1337, it seems to be HK but I'm not totally sure since I found the pic in my pictures folder (I have no idea of how did I get it, it just appeared a few months ago without any description)

    I keep alot of my working files in there, various installers, word docs, invoices etc...Its bascially anything that doesn't fit into my other folders, which are: "web, web-html, web-flash, Mini, PSD, Music, Games"

    I sold my Eee PC to get a "new" laptop (Dell Latitude D410). This is the desktop on my Windows partition, which I seem to be using more than Xubuntu.
