If I own review hardware for consoles, how difficult is it to get game developers to send me review/preview copies of their game? How would I go about getting them to?

Unless you have an established name or work for a reputable magazine/online site the chances are pretty much zero. No company is going to risk the leak of a game online by giving a chance on some unknown person that just happens to have review hardware. Sorry.

Very hard. In many cases, they wont even talk to you unless you at least have an established website with 100k + hits every month. And thats just to talk to a lowly intern.

Try to get a job at the local newspaper. Do it for free if need be.
Get time on local cable tv (city free time) and if possible on
    radio. Do reviews and such.

    Then ask for demos.
