You and Xav have betrayed customers (including me) who are buying unreleased games - by releasing the games´ data after the deal is complete without letting them know in the first!

You have made an image of a disc you wether owned nor had the rights to alter anything about it (or did SEGA or ALG gave you the rights to alter files, add files and claim this "your work"?) It´s so funny to see people claiming rights on an illegaly made work. This may work in your world of crackers, hackers, hex-editors, etc. but not in the real world.

You are not allowed to instruct me if this is a layaway or not. You are not the seller of this goods! I bought a disc with data (including the ISO data) under the precondition that it is very rare, unique and has only been backed up if something goes wrong with the disc. If i pay in rates or would have paid in one step should not bother you, it has absolutely nothing to do with rights (i bought my car on rates and am allowed to drive it - you want me to only drive it when fully paid?) Even if i would not pay anymore, then Xav would be the one with the rights on that image, not you, cause he was the original owner until i bought it. So you have the right to alter the original data without paying a cent to the original owner but i, who paid, am not allowed to alter the ISO? Nice way of thinking here...

Although i am a very pleasant guy and said "no problem, i will re-add those credit notes from you back to the download because i don´t care about such things" you are still attacking me for doing what i had the right to (to deliver an ISO which i bought without any added files from someone).
I never claimed this to be my work or my ISO, i just released this game for free to be downloaded and added no files stating that i am the one.

You were not the seller, you were not the seller, you were not the seller. Stop arguing as if i had a deal with you and betrayed you. I had a deal with Xav including paying in rates, including getting the discs data prior to the end of paying and including the original disc sent to me after payment is finished. If you don´t like what he has done by sending me "your work", cry to him not me.

AMOC...planning to release to a proto once someone else has purchased it...big no no. Sell a proto, delete your personal dump...if you have any integrity that is. And why you had a dump of this when you didn't even own it...still a little baffling imo despite all your lengthy posts. In fact, your whole involvement, just based on info (and tone of your posts) in this thread is...well I don't see you in a good light whatsoever. In general....people paying this much for shitty Saturn protos now (and Delisoba and Eyeful)!?! Wow...maybe time to revisit my Saturn selection.

You all know now who and how purchased this game, who made the ISO, fine.

But maybe, only maybe, you should contact the buyers of Armed and Bedlam and inform them, that you released their games´ data after they bought these unreleased games. Hopefully they will not get pissed off by this behavior.

Why even bother making a redump style good rip, if you are going to inject data in it? The whole point of that process is to preserve the original discs in their original form in the first place.

All I got from this is that Mr Saturn thinks leaking things he hasn't even fully paid for is cool, so nobody should sell that guy anything, and second why the fuck would you establish a payment plan for anything with a random internet person, c'mon

 

No, the clean image has NOT been released, because in my mind Mr. Saturn doesn't own the disc yet. I was concerned he'd leak the image and devalue the disc before completing payment. Not only did he leak the image provided to him, he also removed the information about the dump, including credits and how the image he obtained was altered.

the clean image does exist however.

I'm still talking with F1R3B4LL about that whole situation, and will be talking with Don about it too. In my mind, there is no reason to keep the clean image from the public as long as Mr. Saturn is offering the altered image on his site. I'd much rather the clean image be downloaded and the altered image discarded. That said, I want to ensure Don receives his payment. Also, F1ReB4LL has looked over the other images at Mr. Saturn's site, and he'd like to see those discs redumped using Disc Image Creator to get a more accurate dump.

 

Just as someone might be worried that the seller releases the data after the sale and, you know, devalues the disc.

Looking in from the outside both parties screwed up, no one was in the right. Both had good intentions of getting the data released, but were acting shady to get it to that point.

What is your right to decide if i am allowed to buy anything with a pp or not?
The seller was alright with it, otherwise i would have not got the file sent to me.
So think of me what you want, i´m OK with every step i took.
And everyone who already got money from me for unreleased games (with pp or not) was very happy with my transactions.
BTW: The next 200$ were transferred to the seller, so just shut up everbody who thinks to judge me.

 

I already offered you to send me the clean image that i exchange the download files on my site.
But you still don´t trust me, although you have nothing to do with the selling.
But as i bought it under the previously mentioned circumstances and agreements with the original owner, it is not your right to upload anything from this disc. You never owned this disc and never bought it.

 

Honestly, i think we are all tired of this.

Like i said at the very beginning, in the other topic, solve the issue between yourselves.
