Prototype DS Photos

I took tons of photos of this stuff (like, 300+), I'll try and find them.

 

I always loved the protoype DS. When they revealed the final DS Phat, I was a tad dissapointed.

The shoulder buttons look a bit odd though. Anyone know how comfy they were?

They actually released merch with that style as well. I know I have a t-Shirt around somewhere with that style DS on it.

 

I would wade waist-deep through the blood of the innocent to lay my mits on one of those proto DS's.

I think one of our members here and a close friend of mine (in person) owns a development unit of such an interface (ie proto DS).

No they aren't, cause some of them were playable at E3, and there even are dev kits with that kind of DS connected to it.

 

hm so was there ever a proto for sale on ebay?
