What kind of liquid soap can i use and where can i find some because i may try this method out. Does Windex also work too or it creates more problems?

Regular (non-enzyme) dish soap works pretty well for cleaning discs. I've had good results with the blue "Dawn Ultra". I would recommend avoiding window cleaners because many of them contain ammonia, which seems a bit harsh for optical discs.

Going to sound odd, but I suggest trying glass cooktop cleaner, then following with isopropyl alcohol; both used with microfiber cloths. The cooktop cleaner really gets rid of any oil and is okay as far as abrasiveness goes (a few local game stores of mine have gone to using cooktop cleaner with their RTI units, and it works great.)
