[PS2] POPS stuff & POPStarter

Well i've installed FMCB 1.93 in a SCPH-90010 or v2.30 wich cant boot FMCB by itself, i want to exit to mc0:/BOOT/BOOT.ELF wich is uLE instead of PS2 Browser, peace of cake for devs.

First of, great stuff you made here.
But i hope this is not the end of "r13 wip 02", cause i look every day from the beginning in this thread in hope to solve some bugs with the emu, so i can play my favorite psx-games on my ps2 over usb, hdd or network.
I tried all versions from "PP.POPS-00001" with Hex-editing the images (different Bios, change Licences...) till "r13 WIP 02" with USB-support and "Compatibility Modes 1-6 (Patch_4.BIN...)", so i think it´s an emu-issue.

My Bugs (or no Bugs)...
Pandemonium 1 & 2 works fine
Crash Bash (The characters are blinking, so i can´t see where the character moves quickly)
Abes Oddysee (things that move, the grafics don´t clear behind them and the screnn fills up)
VIP, Pamela Anderson (BSOD)
Psychic Detective (BSOD)
....

So my hope is you bring some patches/updates for the emu ;-) :-D

P.S:
I am a pal-user-not-noob and i have a 50004 (fat) with NA+HDD and a 70004 (slim), both with FMCB

Well I checked the compatibility list, but I'm not sure if it was updated, so I'd like to ask you if Crash Bash and Crash Team Racing can be played without issues?

J'ai vérifié la compatibilité des jeux, mais je ne sais pas si elle a été mise à jour, est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait me dire sur Crash Bash et Crash Team Racing sont jouable via POPS sans problèmes?

Je m'appelle "Algol" sur "metagames-eu.com". Je suis l'administrateur des listes pour la rev13 de POPStarter ainsi que celle pour la rev12 et précédentes.

Si tu veux me joindre, tu le peux sur "Meta" ainsi qu'ici (AlGollan84).

Pour ces deux jeux, malheureusement il n'y pas de solution miracle, ils ne fonctionnent pas avec l'émulateur POPS actuellement.
Peut-être un jour si kHn le peux ou en a le temps, certains jeux PS1 vont fonctionner mieux mais ce n'est pas pour demain.

Consulte bien les listes et tu seras renseigné.

Has anybody "PAL" tester the same problem, that the "automatic pal-patcher" makes the graphik unfine??
On all PAL-games that i test on my PS2-PAL is it so like pictures below.
picture 1+3 = with pal-patcher, picture 2+4 with disabling it (Patch 0x09) and wrong y-pos...

FR : j'ai testé tous vos thèmes de "IGR" Français et ils s'affichent TOUS parfaitement. Merci pour votre excellent travail.

L'extension de fichier en caractères "minuscules" n'est pas valable sur Disque Dur Interne, il faut qu'elle soit en caractères "MAJUSCULES". Par contre, sur les périphériques connectés au port USB, les extensions en caractères MAJUSCULES ou minuscules n'ont pas d'importance pour "POPStarter Rev13".
Il charge tout aussi bien les ".tm2" que les ".TM2".

EN : I tested all your themes "IGR" French and they ALL appear perfectly. Thank you for your excellent work.

The file extension in "Tiny" Characters is not valid on Internal Hard Drive, it must be in characters "CAPS". By cons, peripherals connected to the USB port extensions in UPPERCASE or lowercase characters do not matter for "POPStarter REV13."
It loads just as well ".tm2" that ".TM2."

The Game 007 Tomorrow Never Dies freezes every time you put the crosshairs in first person, some solution for this?

 

Game freezes always after playing some seconds, at least with the PAL version, i tried all Modes
and none fixes the freeze, then there is no solution for now.

Anyone plays Front Mission 3 NTSC-U on USB? I have random freezes, at wanzer attack (player phase).

 

I don´t understand how use cheat codes, someone can tell me how use it?, name files, and where goes?, thanks =)

There is no way to inject "cheat codes" with "POPStarter REV13 WIP02" at present. Maybe "krHACKen" will do in the near future.
