Interesting that theres another Puppeteer disc. If you can do me a favor and check the dates on the files for the disc I'd like to know if it's older or newer than mine.

I've got 3 or 4 of the PS3 discs which I picked up from eBay.
I didnt pay more than £20 each
Only games with big fan followings attract higher prices (Resi evil, final fantasy, etc)

Ps4 not sure on. I don't know anyone with an activated ps4 test system, so are they even usable?

 

Price could easily vary depending on differences with retail and the presence of a debug/dev menu. You might want to check that. I have seen a couple of these on ebay they were around 20-30 euros.

 

Aren't all review / preview discs just retail copies sent to the media for a review of the game releasing to retail 4-12 weeks out? Are they already considered to have gone gold when sending out review discs?

 

Not necessarily, no. And that doesn't mean that they wont have debug content or things that had yet to be stripped. It really depends on the situation.

 

£20-50 a disc imo. The stronger the title and earlier the build the higher the price..
E.g Eyepet low end DBZ/Cards higher end.

I have several review/preview discs that have debug menu and features. Generally speaking to enable them you have to press at the same time a combination of keys.

 

Once a kernel exploit that is on something like 3.00 firmware shows up it will be useful. Right now you can do stuff with ones that require 1.76 at most, but how much I'm not certain.

But yes you still need said system to use them, and know how to patch activation which is still in it's early stages.

But anyway for price it can easily be anywhere from 35-70+ USD for each depending on the content of each disc and how old it is. Alien Isolation for example is one my friend is eyeing.
