It's been the help of others that made it possible. I'm just the one compiling it all into one spot.

Just so you know, this "buddy of his" installed a RAT tool on several developers' computers (including people I know) and got himself an access into the ps3hax database in order to get these files, so don't expect me to thank him for this...

These files were obtained the most illegal way possible. I thought you people should know.

You mean reading private logs from other people and accessing their computers to get files ? That's some help you got there !

Oh ! And your "buddy" goes by the name of [MODERATOR NOTE: information removed. Doxing is against site rules]

I'll let people figure out how I've gained that piece of information, and how much more I do know.

P.S. Moderators, feel free to remove the perpetrator's real name from this post if you find this excessive, in my opinion, he played with fire and got burned.

I actually have evidences that prove otherwise, I would however rather not turn this into more of a drama.

I'm sure a lot of members would feel the same here.
I replied to your PM and am doing what I can to sort this all out. I do appreciate you speaking up however.

    @Borman
For the most part I feel this has been sorted out in regards to what was put online by Stuart.

I asked him to mark the files that he thinks were released by Stuart and he was very much willing to star them for me. Right now I'm having to decide whether to remove them from the archive or not. The main issue is the GEX and CEB/DEH folders. The other problem is that if all of them were released by Stuart then these checksums should match with the ones on the PSDevWiki, and a lot of these don't match at all. The sources of these files claim it's their own personal collections as well so that only adds to the issue.

I have no issue with removing them from the archive should moderators wish to have them removed to avoid problems.

Below are the files he starred for me
    Code:
\PS3 Firmware Collection\GEX (Arcade)\ * (these seem very likely as well)
    GEX Arcade.checksum
    PS3UPDAT.PUP.251.GEX
    PS3UPDAT.PUP.360.GEX
    PS3UPDAT.PUP.440.GEX

\PS3 Firmware Collection\Proto (CEB-DEH)\CEB\ * (most likely everything or most of this folder)

I'm hesitant to believe that but if you say so.

On a side note, I notice the devwiki is a bit odd.
To get to the new layout of firmware stuff I had to go to DECR 2.60 to see what was added and reorganized. And on top of that I have 2 2.60 DECR firmwares. 260.000 and 260.001. Any ideas on this?

they're the same but one was corrupted while the other one wasn't. that is now fixed.

Also, only one ebootrom has links to it on the devwiki, and it's regular procedure to use it. that is the 1.00.002 ebootrom. that's the only ebootrom that should stay. rest of ebootroms have hashes. links aren't recommended
Also this is valid for the GECR firmwares (ARCADE) and for the DEH firmwares

Oh, and doxing is against the site rules.
