PS3 sample disc

Is it running CFW WITH Cobra mode active? Is it possible that the lens is dead in it? Try a retail game and see if it shows up

 

also that south park the stick of truth prototype after extracting the pkg and replacing the eboot with the fixed one i cant seem to repacakge it in ps3 ISO

 

because thats not signed as a disc game. its intended to be a pkg and run from the hdd.
Regardless lets focus on the fact your PS3 isnt reading the disc.

 

i dont have a retail ps3 game to try it on i only have ps2 and ps4 retail games
