    The 3.41 is OFW, right?.

    All I would need would be the cobra dongle then to play PSP games on my PS3 with 3.41 OFW , correct?

    Also, are there any other PSP emulators worth checking out besides jpcsp?

    No, you need to install the cobra firmware too. Visit the ps3hax.net site,you will find al the info you need there.
