I've uploaded the ISO, it's a one on one copy of the disc. Link

I did what you said Borman but I could not get it to boot al the way, the game shows up but it gives me error (80020148). Perhaps someone can make it work.

Curious what model you are trying on. I got it modified and it starts to load, but crashes. Likely an issue just like I had on Saints Row. I really need to pick up a 3000 unit for some better testing.

If someone has a 3000 unit and wants to give it a shot, try this out and let me know if it locks up your PSP as well:

PSP emulator spits out some issues too, but they may be ram allocation issues.

Yea same thing happens with me, I used a PSP 1004 model, I have two more PSP's but I can't seem to find them.
I'm gonna look some more, can't stand not knowing where they are.

Works fine on my PSP 2000 6.61 LME 2.3. Recovery -> advanced -> advanced config -> unlock extra memory -> enabled. All plugins are disabled, UMD Mode - Sony NP9660. This game has no exit functionality, "home" button doesn't do anything. Overall reminds me of mixing together FEZ + Jet Set Radio, sort of.
seems like came those times, when retail unit has 100% of RAM and extra memory exactly as developer hardware, which was achieved only with softmod

UPD: works on PSP 2000/3000/Go and PSP Street E1000 (if using 6.61 LME 2.3).

Yeah it wont work without the extra RAM, that is the big thing. The other CFW didnt enable it properly, but this one does, solving my issues with Saints Row as well.

I had a couple of freezes. They sometimes occur, after some minutes while restarting different levels game may freeze inside the level. But it happens not very often.

will this run on a vita with TN-V hack? or a psp 2000?
i'm not sure if the psp 2000 supports the extra ram for compatibility.

All I know is that it doesn't work on the original PSP models (the fat ones).
Haven't tested on other models yet

It wont due to the RAM requirements.

i had a look at the different psp version specs here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:List_of_PSP_Models and the and it states that the psp 2000 has 64 MB ram the same as the psp 3000 which the game works on. the psp 1000 had 32 MB ram but they increased the ram starting with the psp 2000 according to that wikipedia page.

@ Bormon - when you say it wont work due to ram limitations am i missing something? the info on that page states the ram is the same as the psp 3000 but maybe there is a more complicated reason why it wont work on the psp 2000 due to ram requirements even though the 2000 has 64 MB ram.

It should work on those models using my patched ISO and the proper firmware . I thought you just meant the 1000. Someone above said it works on a 2000, and it works on my Go. But regardless, I don't know if how retail units manage the ram different than a debug unit, so some incompatibility should be expected.

yeah i did not notice someone mentioned it works on psp 2000, doh :)
i just downloaded the one to one iso that Tommy 1603 uploaded. so the patched version is what i need? if so does anyone know where i can get it?
also i was wondering if there is a patched version for the saints row game? hen that was released it sounded like a pain to get the iso running with cfw, maybe the game was patched since then or the method to getting it to work has been simplified? i never tried the saints row game when it was released because the method to get it working was off putting.

look at my post up above.

I also released one for Saints Row.

The key is you need a firmware that allows you to use the RAM. LME works extremely well.

I tried to make it into a signed "EG" category EBOOT and tested it on OFW. Because OFW restricts RAM to 32MB, it loads but doesn't boot on any PSP regardless of it having or not the extra memory... (stops at a blank screen and stays put)

While I love my launch PSP I got while I was in Japan (original design for square button, which works fine don't know what the big deal was), I do need to get a newer model so I can play these releases. I'm missing out!
