Does anyone have one of these? I got one recently and was stunned at how poor the quality is. Either my unit has a weird issue or they completely messed up the firmware for the RGB and component inputs. The S-Video input (Game/DVD) looks better quality most of the time, because they use some good comb filtering and other settings built into the IC. I also find that the white balance seems quite a bit off, but that just may be due to an older cathode bulb. The audio quality is fantastic though, SRS sound really does sound great in everything I've had it in. Anyone else have some similar symptoms? edit: crap i made a typo in the title and now I can't change it :/
This is the one that's designed to screw into the back of the slim PS2? They had pretty bad image quality even when they were new.
Yeah, theres 2 popular kinds though. The other is the Pelican Game Game glass wish the internet seems to agree on is inferior. However, its not that cut and dry; they have issues.
I would recommending getting the GAEMS Vanguard instead, works with all consoles and easy to carry along~
