psx and dc debug units.

No.. you need a system disc.. They ar eonly just normal DC's they are not a debug in the same way that the PSX can be.

Well, regardless of who's ignoring what, if there are still any plans to sell any sort of debug/region-free PSX's for $30/unit, tested, I'll purchase one, I don't give a shit what color it is.

So count me in on that. If these are indeed region-free DC's, I may very well take one of those as well, depending on what the particulars are.
