    Thanks for this ... I just checked the checksums of both files and they match with the one in the broken archive, dunno what went wrong there.

    Afaik MSN got replaced by Skype.

    Thanks Tichua and Unclejun! So, the file "DESR-UPDATEDISC210.RAR" is truly an update ver. 2.11?

    The PSX reads the update burned in a CD-R?

    It wont boot CD-R unless you do follow l_oliveira tutorial


    UPDATE: I uploaded all the files to my host. All the files have been verified for corruption. Thanks

    Converted and tested these on PS3. Two crashed, One got past the bios portion then exited out to the XMB menu, and one simply kicked me back to XMB on load. It was a fun try though

    DESR-UPDATEDISC210.RAR File needs 00 40 07 00
    Add that to the end of the file in a hex editor and your file will extract.
    Size should be 84,677,490 bytes
