Yep. It works pretty great, the only real downside being that its Windows only, so it adds a few steps in my workflow. I capture using DXtory, and not the native app, as it seems to work the best.
Just as a note, begging for me to release stuff by calling my names isn't a way of getting what you want. But if that makes you feel better, feel free to keep doing it. If I can't release something, it is because I made an agreement not to, simple as that. You can believe me or not, but you are just wasting your time by writing comment after comment.

It seems like a lot of people is buying the 3dscapture device. Its too expensive for me (much more than the PSP1000 or NDS one) but sure it worth the money.
