I believe the dc actualy has about 250 US released games. Sega released a complete list a few years ago you might still be able to find.

edit: Actualy, i've played almost all the game you've listed.

Sonic Adventure - Great fun (Minus Big the cats levels, but beat them anyway to see the real ending)

Sonic Adventure 2 - My fav 3D sonic by a long shot. Camera will drive you crazy, but beyond that its a wonderful game.

Legacy Of Kain: Soul Reaver - PS1 port.

Powerstone 2 - One of the best reasons to own the system. You'll want a few other people to play with to get maximum enjoyment out of it.

Speed Devils - Wasn't half bad back when it was released, but can't hold a candle to the racers these days.

Zombie Revenge - Has some neat ideas in it (like ripping off parts of your enemies as weapons) but overall is a fairly average street brawler.

Tennis 2K2 - Best tennis game ever.

Spawn: In The Demon's Hand - Its a very basic 3d brawler with the Spawn franchise tacked on.

You might also want to check out (US released):
    Shenmue
    Crazy Taxi (1 and 2)
    Skies of Arcadia
    Grandia 2
    Ooga Booga
    Chu Chu Rocket
    Project Justice
    Jet Grind Radio

Not a bad set of games there, tennis 2k2 is great, and the 2 sonic adventures are fun even if they don't live up to the megadrive games. Even if all others are pants (pretty sure they won't be) Those 3 will keep you going for a good long time

Most of those games are reasonable fun.

DC was pretty good for fighters: for 2D, as noted Capcom treated the DC really well. There are a few SNK titles too if that's your thing. For 3D fighters, Soul Calibur and Dead or Alive 2 are both great.

There weren't too many RPGs, but Grandia 2 and Skies of Arcadia are both worth checking out.

Everyone has their personal favourites, I played the hell out of THPS2. Really good port of the game, feels much more responsive than the PSX version to me (and certainly looks a lot nicer). I also really enjoyed Sega Rally, but most people seem to hate it.

You've said you're more up for non-import games, which is a shame as you're going to miss out on some great scrolling shooters.

There's a decent homebrew community going, too, since modchips aren't required. You've got your usual ports, like Quake and Doom (both full speed and looking lovely as you'd imagine), and a bunch of emulators if that's your thing. Worth dipping into.

The reason I'm not stuck on import Japanese games is because of the language barrier. I figure it would get too complicated on certain games for me to play. I have no knowledge of the language what so ever.

Aha, toubabokoomi please do not worry about the language barrier. The games the majority of the people are mentioning here can be played with zero knowledge of Japanese. Most of the shooters and fighters have English menus for example.

I personally think you would be missing out if you did not play some of the exclusive Japanese titles.
