Questions about the BA7230LS

I am doing a console GBA Mod, and I am using the BA7230LS to convert the RGB from the Innovation GBA TV out module into component, but I noticed the Composite and S-Video are...not very good (bad by composite standards). Looking at the datasheet and the pinout, it outputs Composite Video out from pin one, and Luminance (for Component) from pin 16, is there a Chroma output pin? Has anyone figured a circuit to do Composite and S-Video out of this?
