Rarest 3ds games ?

For those who are saying Ocarina Of Time 3D is rare, which regions are you coming from? You can still buy the game new in Australia with the shiny cover art.

 

Yeah, I wouldn't say the OOT 3DS is rare, with either cover. However, the EUR Kiosk Not For Resale Demo is supposedly really rare. (While the US Demo isn't nearly as rare. Interesting!)

 

I don't think it's rare in any region. It's just sold out, everyone wants it and because of the high price, a lot of people think it's rare.
Oh and even more people want it now because of the OoT exploit for the New 3DS.

Its still pretty much untouched and in my storeroom somewhere since I opened it up just to take pictures and put the screen protector in place, Dang are they worth a lot now?

 

Not really, however the pack here didn't include Ocarina of Time 3D.

 

I always thought Tetris 3DS may be rare, but that may just be my aria. It was one if the games of you preorder and were lucky you got a copy. If not you could wait for a used copy then shell out $40-75 for it.

 

In the US, the game is no longer available brand new from retailers. It is as you might say "out of print". To obtain the game if you live in North America you'll have to buy it digitally or second hand. You'd think that it being available digitally would prevent it from going so far up in price second hand but people really like to have physical copies I guess. That or it's being fueled by resellers trying to make a buck.

 

Glad I finally got a proper answer about it. I was so confused as I saw it in stores the other day new. Quite odd it's no longer able to be bought new in the US, being a Zelda title.

 

There isn't anything really rare because like they said games are still being manufactured

-Tekken 3D Prime Edition: Def rarer now,not offered digitcally, and goes for a high price online
-Project X Zone limited edition box will be rare in the next couple years

I knew I should've picked up Star Fox 64 3D when I had the chance! also code of princess looks fun.

 

bravely default limited edition is $85 new on amazon, the game went out of print very quickly.

 

A rare 3Ds game is most likely gonna be some of those crappy shovelware titles that most collectors ignore

 

I actually got OOT 3ds a few months ago on amazon.ca for MSRP. I needed it for the Gateway exploit. That said it took over a month for it to ship out because it was out of stock.
