Have many rare things but maybe this is the rarest for a produced item (not like an autographed item)? Elemental Gearbolt Assassin's Case with gold plated memory card
Sorry to bump the thread so early into the discussion, but what does NR stand for? I looked it up as an acronym and came up with 1,000+ results. I love it tooooo!
Damn I'm drooling, all i have is a NES power set in the box, and semi off topic but a (1976-78?)Millennium Falcon in the box
Were you the one who bought if off Yahoo a couple of months ago? It was the only time I saw the Japanese version of the boxset for sale. I'm also not sure if it was numbered, other than the US E3-edition.
I don't know! it's your case..... Approx. 50 were produced, it's only natural to have a limited edition numbering on it. If it doesn't no prob!
A number of people who received this item from E3 actually reside in Japan now so it may have been one of theirs. I bought mine in a store.
rarest thing I own... boxed ps2 sakura edition, boxed virtualboy boxed never opened shenmue 1, 2 for DC.
So it includes the US version of the game? I keep asking because a Japanese Attachment case has been advertised as a price for the 100 best players on a flyer that was included with the Japanese version: No gold though, but maybe they changed it before production. I've never seen that Japanese case for sale, only the (supposedly) much rarer E3 version.
I have a HUGE 3dfx videocard colleciton. (all of the US series voodoo boxes, which is quite an accomplishment) The most rare of all the boxes is this Voodoo4 4500 PCI Macintosh Edition. There are only 3 known in the whole world. With a price tag of $1,800 it was very much worth it, only because there is no way in hell you can get your hands on one of these. Here is my Voodoo boxed collection, which got a bit out of hand. Since this picture I have sold about half, keeping atleast two of each box. I have a few 128MB 3dfx Voodoo5 6000 Prototypes too, those are my other gems. Here is the one I keep on display, which only cost a low low price of $2,600. (the other is for pure fragging)
A boxed Evangelion 64 (Which is a shitty game, btw. It's great for novelty, if anything.) and the Grim Fandango Soundtrack. When I bought the latter sometime around 1999, I was told by a Lucas Arts Store rep that I would receive the second-to-last copy. The disc never got a re-release. I was sooo tempted to buy it as well, but they were going for 50 bucks a pop, and had no income. *Wah, wah, wah.... wahhhh.
looking for other fighting game sample/prototypes as well! http://img199.imageshack.us/img199/3769/vhsc.jpg
Capcom sample discs are cool. Most of they time they're actually early beta builds. My X-Men disc is full of bugs and quite a few things are different from the final release. It even has the arcade Capcom logo. Yakumo
