On Romeros image gallery, he shows a picture by Julie Bell with the Cyberdemon appearing more like a psycho bull on steroids than a "Cyberdemon".
I always found it interesting that Julie Bell was considered for the Doom II job. Don Punchatz did the cover illustration for Doom I and they must have been happy with those results. Sadly, Don passed away in 2009. Now that would be a HOLY GRAIL painting to own. While I don't have that painting I do have one that Don Punchatz did for EGM to promote Doom on the 32X. Looks like the magazine went out of their way not to publish pictures of naked demons.
I don't know what the rarest thing I own is but I do have an unreleased Xbox port of Lego Drome Racers (bought it here from @N64 freak ) and the only known prototype for Steel Batallion: Line of Contact. Here are some pics: http://i.imgur.com/X9tRC2q.jpg http://i.imgur.com/NaiPnNT.jpg http://i.imgur.com/Hw9vl3M.jpg http://i.imgur.com/3Z2LeNo.jpg http://i.imgur.com/9nPJ0y1.jpg This next link is pic heavy: http://imgur.com/a/skYZK
Yeah I was hesitant to buy it at first but I'm glad I made the purchase. Had to repaint the metal shielding though because of some discoloration that I couldn't get out. Ended up looking good. And had to edit my post a couple times. Stupid imgur automatically made my posts public lol (I'm on mobile).
Someone make an adapter that will allow the Steel Battalion controller to work as a RC/Drone controller.
I borrowed the controller setup from a friend to make a video of the prototype. That shit is waayyyy to expensive ha ha. But using it to control an R/C car would be pretty awesome lol.
Original pencil sketch and the final painting used to illustrate the Sega Genesis Castlevania Bloodlines game box.
I own two copies of The Art of Computer Designing (Japanese release) It's an art book made by Osamu Sato, most known for LSD Dream Emulator and The Eastern Mind Spoiler I am willing to trade or sell one of them, but I guess I need to get my post count higher or get some verification from an administrator before I can
What? They actually made hard copies of that game? Wow. Funny thing is that I was playing it on my EverDrive yesterday. Good version of Revirsi but why did they have to put young girls taking off their tops in to it spoiled a good game as now I look like a pedophile for playing it.
The rarest item I own is the full set of the Sammy Keyboard controller for Phantasy Star Online for the GC. I have all the manuals, and the pack of cards unopened. I also have a Lodgenet GC controller in its packaging, mint condition. I have also almost completed my GC controller collection so there's that.
