    Hey Guys

I used to be a huge fan of point and click style adventure games. but havet played any in a while

Can anyone recommend me any good ones for PC?

Ive played all the Broken sword ones, as well as syberia, Moment of silence, dreamfasll, and all the classic lucasarts ones

Not so much interested in the 1st person style ones such as Myst and Riven, ore the 3rd person style as mentioned above

    Any suggestions?

    DD

The Chzo Mythos games by Ben "Yahtzee" (yes, that Yahtzee) Croshaw.

5 Days a Stranger, 7 Days a Skeptic, Trilby's Notes and 6 Days a Sacrifice. There's also a trilogy of micro-IF titles written in Inform that are meant to explain some of the background details present in 6 Days.

Some I think are pretty good:
    Bud Tucker in Double Trouble
Touché: The Adventures of the Fifth Musketeer - Never finished but also pretty good iirc.
    The Gobliiins series
    The Discworld series
Ace Ventura - Never finished it, but seemed like a promising game :)

    Neverhood!

I'm halfway through Dreamfall, love that game but it's not as pointy and clicky. The Longest Journey is though.

    Duckman was pretty good.

I did play through most of Dreamfall on the xbox a while ago, although gave up with the sneaking part with the troll in the catacoobs, it was so frustrating!

never played the first one (longest journey) but have just won a copy off ebay for £1 so will give it a try

Also just bought runaway 2, as i enjoyed the first one of those, and fahernheit, which i started to play on the xbox, but the PC version looks so much nicer :D

Yeah, I'm playing the PC version and some of the game is so cryptic in what your suppose to do. Once you know what to do it's easy. You just sit there pretty much.

Well knowing you have a Wii you obviously have to get

Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure

And if you've got a DS get
    Hotel Dusk

    Also, PC-wise.
The New Sam & Max Episodes from Telltale games that just came out are supposed to be really good

Plus, Grim fandango , is awesome

Toonstruck is one of my favourite games of all time. Pity it won't run on XP or higher...even struggles in Dosbox.

Phantasmagoria, Quest for Glory 4, Kings Quest 5&6, gabriel knight 1&2. You have some remakes of some earlier sierra games by the guys at adginteractive.

    Yes, I'm a sierra fanboy

The kryandia games are good too, Indiana Jones and the fate of atlantis of course, Beteryal at Krondor (kinda is)...

I'll look tonight at my collection at home and add to this list if I left anything of real presidence out. :)
