I bought some of these just after this thread started but didn't get around to trying them until today. They look great but the tray that holds the disc just sit inside rather than snapping into place. If you were to open a case while in the upright position then there's a good chance it will just fall right out onto the floor. Has there been any word on the nicer ones?

Isn't this how the OEM ones worked, I don't own any retail Saturn games anymore but I believe you're supposed to use that foam block to hold it in place.

No, the disc is secured to the tray just fine with or without the foam as long as you aren't jarring it around. The tray that the disc sits in (the gray thing with the Compact Disc logo) is missing the proper tabs/dowels to lock it into the back of the case. Open that lid and the guts just fall out including the art on the back side.

EDIT: I also want to point out that someone in the reviews posted a video trying to discredit those comments. He clearly got a different batch as none of mine are remotely close to being that secured.

Ah, I only owned imports so wasn't entirely sure but thought that was the point of those inserts. Why do people buy them then?
