    They're quite rare, so if you know or have any roms, feel free to post some here.
    Thanks in advance.

    Any help is help, after all.
    I personally am looking most for post-N64 era games (for Wii, DS, GC, WiiU, 3DS etc.) because they've had some cool display demos on E3 :3
    [EDIT] Also, I am looking for ROMs, not cartridges/disks available for purchase.

    What I can think of/find out about:
    - Mario Kart DS (USA demo cart)
    - Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis (on DS download station 3 US)
    - Paper Mario TTYD (on Multi-Game Interactive Demo Disc 18) {the tgc on this disc converted to gcm}
    - Skyward Sword (two demo discs)
    - Twilight Princess (two demo discs)
    - Ocarina of Time 3D U Demo is allegedly a prototype
    - AR games demo cart might be a prototype
    - Metroid Prime Hunters (first hunt demo: u {first developed, presumably}, e)
    - Electroplankton "E3 2005" demo might be a prototype
    - Pikmin 2
    - Metroid Prime (Version 7 of their in-store kiosk disk)
    - Metroid Prime 3
    - Super Mario Sunshine (on gamecube demo disc 7)
    - Star Fox Adventures (on gamecube demo disc)

    Where the crud can I get Metroid Prime (1), Pikmin and the Twilight Princess demos? Are they on some Interactive Multi-game Demo Discs or something?

    Metroid Prime is in "Version 7 of their in-store kiosk disk".

    I wrote Pikmin instead of Pikmin 2 (which is on "GameCube Interactive Multi-Game Demo Disc Version 18") by mistake, sorry, but I've fixed it now :p.

    Twilight Princess has Wii demo discs with the codes "RVL-DZDE-USA", "RVL-DZDP-EUR".

    What do you count as second-party?

    Do you count GBA as post-N64?

    That is definitely an interesting one, but definitely pre-N64 :p.

    Second-party is the games not made by Nintendo internal studios, but published by Nintendo (Rareware, etc.) and yes, I do count GBA as post-N64, not the GBC remakes though.

    Sorry if this comes out of nowhere, but what about the luigi's mansion build in the "Interactive multi-game demo disc October 2001". Also, Hiccup I am interested in those prototypes, but I'll wait to see what the other users say.

    Somebody on YouTube made a video of a Luigi's Mansion demo found on one of (I don't know if it is this October 2001 disc or not) the GameCube demo discs, claiming it was 'prerelease' or something.

    What they didn't point out was how it was in any way different to the final game versions.

    This TCRF article about the October 2001 disc says it contains the 'entire game of Luigi's Mansion'.I assume it means the entire final game.

    EDIT:
    @ultimaterockman

    Do you mean that you are interested in download links?

    EDIT:
    I've added some.

    If you count the interactive multi game demo disks there's a lot of them on there, Pikmin 1,2, Metroid Prime 1,2, Paper Mario, Starfox Adventures, Mario Sunshine, Zelda The Wind Waker, Mario Golf, Mario Tennis, Mario Party 6, probably more I am forgetting. I just find all these disks so interesting

    Unfortunately, it seems only a few of them contain prototypes. The Paper Mario prototype is quite interesting though.
