[Request] Resident Evil 1.5 vanilla build

Hello Everyone,
the 1.5 Vanilla 40% Build leaked today, 23/09, in "the horror" forums, but the mod. have erased the links after a while.

we're talking about the capcom official 40% version, someone have it?

 

Team IGAS will release the 40% build when they finish and release their version. Is it really that hard to respect their wish and be patient? I mean, it's not like the past. This isn't a matter of if, but when.

 

I did not know they were going to release the original build as well. My mistake.
And to be honest, the version in which they are working looks very promising!

According to IGAS's facebook this is at least good for the team, apparently they have a bit of weight lifted from their shoulders with this leak....

 

tbh, i'm more interested in this build as it's all original Capcom work....

 

Yeah, but it's a bit like reading a play with 60% of the pages randomly torn out. To carry on the metaphor - as long as whoever finishes the play off makes it enjoyable, that'll be fine by me. The main story structure is all there, all their doing at this point is padding it out seamlessly so it appears all original work and that's all good as far as I'm concerned.

I just hate all the hysteria surrounding it which seems to now be confined to the THIA forums with people spending day after day speculating and fighting over the details which would bore me to death after about half an hour. But hey, if that type of thing makes whoever happy then head over there and join them I say.

One universal truth about that beta that you realise over time is that nobody really knows anything about it. Those that do don't post about it on the internet.

So many times I've heard someone's cousin's dog walkers, milkman who claims to have played the (insert percent here) build and made a copy of it but can't release info about it. It's utter bullshit as it that statement you have in bold richterw mate - well the digital copy bit anyway, I'd bet thousands on it.

 

I just think that maybe today, with the facilities we have, and with all the builds of 1.5 have been released, it is not difficult for someone suddenly appear with a new build, more complete.
But you're right, they are just speculations.

Maybe wait for the game that Team Igas doing, seems to me the most credible option at the moment. They are putting a lot of effort in this project, and the end result looks like it is getting very good, they are adding new things, like colisseum, which seems pretty cool.

 

Both Kim (Inflames) and IGAS came into contact with 80% build owners, many years apart. This has been confirmed. Thus, while unlikely, these curators may reach out to certain people on the World Wide Web, or allow themselves to be reachable.

To be quite honest, I would pay good money for mere video footage of the 80% build in action (unreleased and exhaustive footage, that is). （人´∀`*）

That stuff about the 80% build is hardly "confirmed" and the contact is more than likely not even the same person.

 

If that was the case, why didn't they just release the vanilla build on their own to have the weight lifted from their shoulders? They could've playfully called it a beta and that the full game would release later on. So that way people would still be highly anticipative of their final build.
