This does indeed look quite good... I'd definitely be up for a Mega Drive variant, as I'm fairly sure accurate emulators for that system can run at full speed on even a modestly powered Raspberry Pi.
I doubt they'll make a Mega Cd version but they do make a Mega Drive version that looks really nice. I'm trying to get a promotional version for review.
