This looks like DLC for SR3 :dejection: Can this really carry a proper game? I feel like we're being trolled here.
Holy shit. I love the SR games and am currently playing SR3. But aliens?!? That'll be interesting lol.
I didn't enjoy sr3 the shitty vehicle handling killed it for me....I don't mind the ott elements but a car that stops instantly from 100mph just feels wrong to me, wrong and unenjoyable.
The SR games are OTT though so unrealistic vehicle handling is to be expected. GTA4 is the place to find longer braking distances lol. Having said that SR3 is very buggy. People being caught in the middle of cars/roads. I was doing a mission where I had to kill all gang members in a building and it took me 10 minutes to find the last one because he was trapped between a wall! Rocket launcher soon sorted that out.
GTA IV's vehicles handle pretty realistically, especially for a GTA game. As for SR4, I think releasing it less than a month before GTA V is a very bad move.
Looks way too much like a DLC. The graphics are too similar. However I do have fun with SR3 every now and again when I get bored to screw around. Never played through the game, just DL'ed a 100% completed save :applause:
It looks like a DLC because that's what it was originally meant to be, then it just got promoted to full game.
I know the concept was originally for a DLC but being promoted to a full game, I figured it would actually deserve it. This doesnt look like it does at all, at the very most it should be a standalone spin off game, definitely not a main entry in the series.
I'm looking forward to this, theres too much seriousness and too little random sillyness out, i'ev enjoyed the Saints Row games, and from what i've seen of this one im gonna enjoy it too. it's got an anal probe gun, with that it can't be bad! i've heard the SR3 DLC being bounced around by haters who just wanna try and smear the game. they've been given the budget and license to go nuts with this one without the previous restrictions that were in place for the previous games. i think it'll be great, wanting to get this more than GTA5
