Sorry for the hyper noob question, but what's so special with these Bios flashed on these chips?

I received my chips in the mail today, I will try installing them sometime over the weekend if i get some time. Thanks for the quick shipping!

I have a supply of eeproms/eproms and pics - I have (and can program) most chips you would need for console mods.

If I do not have them, I can probably get them.
