Virtual ON - Operation Moongate did indeed get a UK release for PC. I know this because I have a brand new unopened copy sat in front of me that my mate found at a junk shop the other day for £1.
Here's a few comments on the Sega PC titles I know about from the Saturn period: BUG! and Bug Too! Both rare as hen's teeth, these appear to be straight ports from the Saturn originals. Daytona USA To my knowledge this is virtually identical to the Saturn conversion. Daytona USA Deluxe/Evolution Expanded version of Championship Circuit Edition, featuring new course - a rather difficult one, too! - and ability to select time of day from menu (as opposed to being hidden code in Saturn version). Enemy Zero Warp's late Saturn release didn't suffer many changes in the leap to PC, but did it really need much doing to it? Besides, the gap between versions was so short I doubt any radical improvements would have been possible unless both editions had been developed simultaneously. Formula Karts Apart from a few minor graphical improvements (that usually come with the territory, being a PC game), here's another that has very little to differentiate it from the original Saturn version. Last Bronx As with the Virtual On PC version, this one is far closer to the Model 2 original graphically. For a Saturn-era title, the recommended hardware specifications were quite high, but definitely worth it. Manx TT SuperBike Another straight port, from what I can tell. NBA Action '98 A late Saturn-era PC port, which (not too surprisingly) isn't too different from its console source. Panzer Dragoon Sega had the potential to really make good use of the extra power most early accelerator cards provided, yet instead churned out a quick port of the Saturn version. Sega Rally Championship Yet another example of Sega's PC division putting out a lazy port of what should have been one of their most flagship titles, especially when the likes of Virtual On and Last Bronx received such improvements. Sega Touring Car Despite a few minor graphical improvements (resolution, frame rate, etc.), this one's still near unplayable to most because of its horrific context-sensitive steering and sheer level of speed. Patience, however, is certainly rewarded... Sega Worldwide Soccer Built around the '97 edition of this popular Saturn franchise with no significant improvements. Still, it could have been worse - at least Sega didn't just port the original International Victory Goal... *shudder* Scud The Disposable Assassin Comparable to Bug in terms of the overall conversion quality. Sonic 3D and Sonic R Common as muck, each has a few minor differences compared with their Saturn counterparts. However, neither are particularly decent titles (although I must admit being partial to using my Sonic 3D disc as a fantastic soundtrack album). The House Of The Dead Of all the Saturn to PC conversions, this one needed a visual upgrade more than any other. Despite the potential for another quality effort (similar to Last Bronx or Virtual On), all Sega did was throw in a few texture filtering options. Very much a missed opportunity all-round, and don't even get me started on the sound problems - I've owned three copies of this one, though none featured the music tracks from the Model 2 and Saturn versions! Three Dirty Dwarves File along with the Bug games. Minimal effort should equal maximum profit... or at least it would if anyone could find this game in the first place! Virtua Cop and Virtua Cop 2 Both of these are relatively unchanged from their Saturn versions, though it should be noted that Sega was forced to rename them Virtua Squad in the US for some reason. Virtua Fighter Same as the Saturn version, only with Remix character texture mapping as swtichable option. Virtua Fighter 2 Similar to the Saturn version, but including a bonus folder of bitmap images, most taken from the Japanese-only character specific Saturn discs as opposed to the PAL exclusive CG Portrait Collection. Virtual On Far superior to the Saturn conversion, graphically comparable to Model 2 arcade original. The stages in particular have far more polygons than the console edition, and I recall there being a 60fps mode as well. Have I missed any games?
Darius Gaiden was ported to the PC? Now that one was awesome. Layer Section was available on PC, if I recall correctly.
Technically, wasn't the Darius Gaiden PC game a port directly from the arcade version? I mean, as opposed to being converted from the Saturn or Playstation release. I don't dispute that it's nine kinds of awesome or that there was a PC version, but I'm not sure that it fits the criteria of a Saturn game ported to PC.
Some of the other suggestions here have been kinda weird too, I mean, you wouldn't call Mechwarrior 2 a Saturn game ported to the PC when it's just the opposite. Was Layer Section really on PC? I've got RayStorm as a European budget release called Explosiv...
