tonight i was out for cinema (flight of the phoenix) and later we where out for food and switched the locality for a drink till 2am or so

when i was walking home with a friend from work 3 guys tried to beat me up for taking the same street like them, i mean they obvously where drunk (i had 4 large beer the evening so they had luck) but they run off after i defended me a little

the 3 where around 14-16 at max. so whats up with the youth today, man when i was at this age (which is now 10 years ago) we tried to convince girls but beating some poor computer geek up wasnt on our list

i happily got away with no harm after i grabbed me one of the guys so the other run and the grabbed one did beam himself away also cause he might get seriously hurt

end of the story i am considering moving over to the united states next time i wanna have my assault gun with me, natural selection will take care of the damn mother fuckers

You know, speaking of which, I went to a movie theater the other day and my female friend kept whispering stuff about the movie to me (she's really quiet though) and some 30 year old bald dude turned around and asked us "If we were going to talk during the whole movie." Mind you, the dude's giant cue ball was blocking my whole view, but I said sorry to him and he didn't hear me and retorted "Excuse me?" So I said sorry again, and to leave us alone, and he asked me if I want to take it outside (apparently thought I was insulting him I guess), so I told him to go wax his head and we moved seats. But seriously what the hell is with some people, yeah being 30 years old and trying to start a fight with some 17 year ols is a good idea. Then there's also the rednecks in game stores who will plant themselves in front of what your trying to look at for some reason. Arg. :smtassho: 's

Next time catch one of the little bitches and slap some sense into the silly bastard.

You know, I'm not a violent person. But I haven't backed down from anyone in a long time. Most of the time people just try to act tough and chicken out the minute they see they can't intimidate you. Recently I was turning into a shopping center and some older guy (maybe 45) called me some name from his car becasue I took too long turning into the parking lot. I got out, went to the front of the store, and stood there waiting for him. He was big and problably could have kicked my ass. But when he came up he looked at me, mumbled an apology, and went inside. Sometimes things get carried away, like a few weeks ago my brother got in a barfight with a couple of dickheads (and pretty much got his ass beat. There were four of them after all.) So we didn't exactly win that one, but next time those assholes are going to think twice about starting shit.

Kids? I have no patience for kids anymore, when they try to act tough like that. All you have to do is yell at them and start acting like you're someone important, like a cop, and they'll run away. If that doesn't work smack one of them around a little.

As for that bald guy in the theater, what you do in that situation is what 30-somthings fear the most: inact the power of authority. When he asks you to take it outside, say yes, then go straight to the theater manager and have his ass thrown out. Rule number one about pseudo-yuppies who are afraid to act thier age is that they absolutley fear authority in all forms. The trick is to act like a victim where some big bully is taking advantage of you, say you're minding your own business and this guy is picking on you becasue he thinks he can get away with it. This doesn't work with someone in the late teens/early twenties, as they are more likely to tell the manager to fuck off then wait outside for your ass for two hours. But some baldheaded wannabe yuppie chump? He'll scream some shit about "I'm going to write a letter to the head office!" and run away to go yell at his kids or something.

Anyway, sometimes people need a little humbling to put them back on track, but that doesn't always have to come from violence. You can mess someone's day up pretty bad without having to beat the stuffing out of them.

Zappenduster: I know how you feel, I hope you will find some solace in knowing that you are a lot smarter than them :)

Almost exactly a year ago now, on a sunny day, I went cycling to Amsterdam with a friend (he has an appartment there). On the way, we decided to stop by at the supermarket to get some food, so my friend goes inside and I stay outside in the alley to watch our bikes. Suddenly, a bunch of 16 year olds start throwing gumballs at my face, so I yell at them to stop, but they go on. Well, I didn't feel like standing around and taking it, so I get into an argument with them (I dunno, I think I told them to get a job or something), up to the point that they surround me (there were 4 of them). Then, suddenly, a fifth guy comes out of nowhere and starts pushing me! Of course I punched him in the face twice, after which the other four jumped me and I got a few knocks to the head.
Then suddenly, it stops, they disappear, and at that moment my friend comes back with a security guard, when I"m having a rather bad nosebleed and a black eye.
All in all, it was a rather scary experience, but I called the cops and the kids got arrested :D

I've never been jumped here, but there have been more than a few close calls. The US isn't much better (and might possibly be worse) for those sorts of things. There are retarded teenagers everywhere, the only difference is what language they speak :).

Zappenduster: you could practice some martial arts like Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun (heck they spell it in so many ways , and it is quite scientology in it)
or some other Kung Fu forms.

but i recommend Jeet Kune Do.

if you can find a PFS JKD club(Paul Vunaks organisation) or a JKD unlimited club(Burtons Richardsons organisation) or a Jun Fan Jeet kune Do club (Tim Tackett´s organisation)

then you will learn, after 3 months the ground basis of self defence.

Shit like this makes me never to want to leave Japan. yeah, there are arse holes here as well but they won't cause a fight for no reason. I'm always out till the early hours with never a problem. I've had a few slagging matches with the local pissheads and even smacked one guy because he wouldn't shut up but after that he apologized. Bloody weird.

problem is not my ability to self defense it was that i had around 4 large beer (and that german dark beer not that us light stuff) plus some glass of uso from the greek restaurant, so i was very slow and very calm
without that it would be bad gone out

i have a friend who is in much better shape like me who got once in a bar fight with 4 people end of the story was one got to hospital and is now partly disabled and my friend got jail time for that
its a problem if you stand alone against 3 other witnesses that are on the bad guys site (on the other site for my friend it was a fight for his life there you have to take the choice hurt the guy really or get hurt much worse)

Hawanja: That's some good advice dude. But yeah, I'm a teenager/kid (although I can't stand other people my age half the time) but I don't try to start fights or act like I'm tough or any crap, even when I'm with other kids....but what the hell man.....I guess some 30 year olds have a little much testosterone..

Zappenduster: cool :-D so let us hope it is not a hidden "scientology" version

    (from white,green,yellow,red Tshirt.)

since that is why i stopped at JKD in Denmark(yeah and many other things.)

and my new instructor was an arse (obey me and shit) and i did not like his attitude "too snorting speed and other things."

anyway if you ever get into JKD , tell me about it :)

But Still the best instructor i have had is a guy named Jacob Aabye (pronounced Ã…by)

and him he is a person i really like :) (yeah sorry but it is strange , but he is a good human being :) and likes to help people , if you show him some respect :) ) and not do the worship thing.

my experience has been that germany is a far much nicer place where most people if not friendly are pleasant. the u.s. in contrast is a shithole where everyone is a complete asshole or at best indifferent to your existance. if youre looking for a nice place in the u.s. stay away from big cities...but try and find a place thats still diverse. or you could live in the mountains, take that machine gun and start a collection, live off the land...build a shack, write about the evils of technology.

theres allways going to be people who look for a fight or a chance to beat up or humiliate someone. theres nothing you can do about that. if i was going to learn a martial art, it would be brazilian jiu-jitsu? or shootfighting...flying armbars are awesome. i dont know what the laws are near you, but you could cary some form of personal protection just to make yourself feel better...it probably wont stop the same from happening again, and could make a bad situation worse, but its an option.

was it a southern german beer? mmm.
