I can't seem to find any installation diagrams for my specific board. I found other PU-8 boards with full stealth (7 pin) but can only seem to find a 4 pin version for my own. Is it possible to do it with 7 pins, or am I stuck with 4?

At present, there is no modchip install that gives full stealth on a PU-8 (any version) - the 7 wire drawing you have seen is probably the one I did, which gives limited stealth. I think that board you have is the old one with the 80 pin mechacon and the VRAM - I could check and find the corresponding points, but it still won't give you full stealth.

Limited stealth is more than okay for me. It was your diagram that I was following before, yes, and thanks for your efforts! It is the 80 pin mechacon, so where I noticed there was a difference (other than extra traces here and there) was in the X1/X2 switch pin. Thanks again.

OK, I can't do it right now, since I'm in Thailand - I will be back in HK by the weekend, and I will try and find the points for you after I get back.

Try this but reverse pins 7 & 3:

You'll need an anti-mod game in order to properly test the stealth though.

I'd just use stealth 2.8a. By holding reset you set a delay for the chip to turn off. Not ideal, but works with all games
