Sega 32x Buzzing

    Someone on Sega-16 told me:
    What you need is replacement of some capacitors on the power rail for low ESR ones. Switching causes ripple and weakened caps cannot filter it out from the power rails.

    Which ones should I change for Low esr ones?

    The one at the top left? I will probably replace the coil to try and get rid of the buzzing anyway, but I want to fix the interference as well.

    I don't really see any leaking or bulging so I don't know whats bad.
