hmm interesting. I remember Sonic DX was ported to the PC. Which i enjoyed very much. It will be interesting to see what they do cook up with this collection.

I really hope its not like Crazy taxi, that game looks like the recession has hit it! Not the original soundtrack and all the sponsored buildings have gone so they look shut down...

This has huge potential. I guess it will work with some sort of emulation or do you think they really port the games?

Not like they haven't been releasing games on XBLA. Good ones too, not just quick and dirty ports or poorly emulated (like that Genesis collection released near the Dreamcast's life time) titles one by one.

If it's emulation, I really hope it gets hacked.

So dc games on a 5 year old system that is about the be phased out?

I guess you'll get to rebuy it all over again in two years time.

Probally this collection will only contain title's that have been ported before, just like the already released; Crazy Taxi and Sonic Adventure. The same counts for the upcomming xbla versions of Space Channel 5: Part 2 and SEGA Bass Fishing.

So now we just have to wait for ECCO and Headhunter ;-)

Crazy Taxi on xbla is messed up i thought if they had the rights when they frist made the game they would still have the rights or at least get them again and it would have been better.
as i have downloaded it not to long back just to see what they have done to this.
they should just make crazy taxi 4 lol.

If you are talking about the Xbox 360, I'd say it's going to life for at least another 3 years or even longer. Remember Kinect hast just been released.

At present you also have to pay extra to upgrade your Sonic Adventure to the DX version. Sod that - I didn't even like Sonic Adventure much on DC back in the day any way...

Crazy Taxi is tempting to pick up but apparently the recently released PSP version had a lot of changes due to copyrights such as different soundtrack etc. For me the original score was part of the experience - if the PSN release has also been gimped you can count me out.

If they put Jet Set Radio, Phantasy Star Online or Skies of Arcadia on there though they can count on my cash ;) Somehow though I doubt we will be seeing one of them let alone all three :(

Yep, they changed soundtrack in PS3/X360 version, but god bless custom soundtracks on Xbox360 :).

Anyway I'm waiting anxiously for Jet Set Radio port, as it was my favourite dreamcast game.

I wonder if the content will vary in the different regions, Japan certainly had other classics than Europe amongst many common blockbusters. That's just daydreaming though. I'm 99% percent sure they will put Crazy Taxi, Sonic Adventure 1+2, Virtua Fighter 3tb and some Racing game on the disc, maybe Power Stone and Virtua Tennis if we're lucky.

Sonic is a big proof of this. No matter how terrible it is...

Anyway, i'm hoping for Jet Set Radio, Ferrari 355 Challenge and maybe Power Stone.

Still, Sega misses too many opportunities to make money... Why not release a remake of Samba de Amigo and Space Channel 5, after all this crazyness of Kinect, Move, Wii?

Where's Sega Racing Classic for PSN/XBLA? Really Sega? What the **** are you waiting for? The same is valid for Ferrari 355 Challenge (if they still have the license)

You can forget about F355 challenge, SEGA does not have the license for that anymore :-(. Hence the removement of OutRun from XBLA and PSS.
